Dr. Raymond Torres-Santos served as moderator to the American Society of Music Arrangers and Composers (ASMAC)’s online event on the work of the remarkable film composer Miklós Rózsa (Ben Hur, Quo Vadis, Julius Caesar, Spellbound, The Lost Weekend and Madame Bovery) with the participation of his daughter Juliet Rozsa; Jeff Atmajian, orchestrator/arranger and former assistant to Rózsa’s orchestrator Christopher Palmer; Leslie Zador, son of Eugene Zador (who orchestrated/prepped many of Rózsa’s scores); and Danny Robbins, one of Miklós Rózsa’s last students on Saturday, April 9 at Noon (Pacific Standard Time).
